Case Studies

Case Studies are designed to give you goal setting in action.  These are not case studies written about the past.  They are goal setting case studies written live.  This gives you a greater perception of what happens, warts and all.  Achieving your goals is not necessarily a straight forward process.  After you have set your goal there will still be challenges, still be things you need to adapt to.

These goal setting case studies will show you goal setting in action.  They will help you interpret the instructions of how to document your goals, how to set goals or the steps to goal setting.  It is likely that a disproportionate number of these goals will relate to sport.  People in sport are more likely to be happy to share their goals.  For many people goal setting is a private affair, not something to be shared. While more of the goals may relate to sport, the principals of goal setting will basically be the same whether your have a:

goal for sport,

goal for health,

goal for career,

goal for wealth,

goal for relationships or an academic goal.
