Case Study 2 – 77 Days Free
Peter is a 41
year old male. He has a history of alcohol abuse and is currently
overweight by 35 kgs. Peter weighs 100kg and believes his ideal
weight is 65kg. Peter has some associated medical problems
including alcoholism, obesity, and gout. He is currently under the
treatment of a physician for these ailments. These health issues
compound on one another. Having gout makes it harder to exercise,
this contributes to being overweight which in turn does not support
a positive mental attitude, which leads to alcohol abuse, which
increases the feeling of unwellness and reduces productivity and the
capacity to produce income, etc. This is a vicious cycle that Peter
is determined to overcome. However, it will require great personal
courage, support and an absolute commitment to succeed. It will
also require Peter to defeat a few pain barriers.
However, the
reward for success is massive, especially the enormous boost to
confidence and self worth for being able to achieve such a turn
around. This in turn provides an incredible resource to overcome
further challenges and take advantage of future opportunities.

the basis for higher ambitions.
